How Do I Add My Picture to My Google Meet Profile?

Your Google Meet profile picture is tied to your Google account. If you already have a Google account and are signed in when using Google Meet, that will be your profile picture. If you don’t already have an account made, you’ll have to create a Google account first.

Once you’ve made a Google account, or if you’ve made one and haven’t selected a profile photo yet, here’s what to do:

Go to the Google Meet webpage and click your Google account icon in the top-right corner of the screen. From the drop-down menu, click Manage your Google Account. This will take you to your Google account page. Click on the circular profile icon or image in the center of the page. If you already have a profile icon set up, click Change. You will be prompted to choose a profile image from Google Photos, upload one from your computer, or use your computer’s camera. Click Google Photos to select an image from your Google Photos account. Adjust the cropping, positioning, and rotation of the image to your liking and click Save as profile picture to finish. To use your computer’s camera, click Camera and click anywhere on the screen to take a photo. To upload an image from your computer, click Upload and drag the photo you want to use from your computer folder to the window in your browser, or click Choose photo to upload. If you click Choose photo to upload, navigate through your computer files to select the image you want, then click Open. Adjust the cropping, positioning, and rotation of the image to your liking. Click Save as profile picture to finish. Your new Google account profile image is ready, though it can take a couple of days for the changes to appear. Your new Google account profile image will appear next to your name in Google Meet once the change has been completed.
