The French coach has a number of injury problems to consider ahead of this match, with Casemiro, Luka Modric, Sergio Ramos, Pepe, Marcelo and James Rodriguez all set to miss out.
In the heart of his defense he is set to field Nacho Fernandes, while Danilo will be preferred to Fabio Coentrao on the left of the back four, with the Portuguese still aiming to find his best form after injury.
Zidane’s options are particularly restricted in midfield, where he has only four fit players: Toni Kroos, Mateo Kovacic, Isco Alarcon and Marco Asensio. While the former pair are set to start, the latter duo will battle for the final berth in the side.
There are no such problems in attack, where ‘BBC’ are set to lead the charge once more, although the recent excellent form of Alvaro Morata means that there is the possibility that there will be a change in the starting XI.
Zidane gave little away in his press conference on Tuesday, but it seems there are more positions settled than up for grabs
